Today is the Feast of Blessed Justo Takayama Ukon
A Japanese Catholic samurai who was exiled from Japan for refusing to renounce his faith. He died in exile on this day in 1615 in the Philippines.
Justo Takayama Ukon, pray for us, that we may hold fast to the true faith with as much courage and conviction as you did.
