Joe Biden attended Mass this morning before his inauguration as 46th President of the United States. This afternoon, newly sworn in President Biden plans to issue a slew of executive orders, some of which will expand the slaughter of the unborn in America and allow the use of American tax dollars to kill unborn children overseas via repeal of the Mexico City Policy.

Personally I’m very concerned and appalled at the thought of my tax money being used in such a way, but I’m also deeply disturbed by the prospect of such a move causing scandals by making people think that the Catholic Church has changed positions on the issue of life.

I want to say clearly and emphatically that the teaching of the Church has not changed, and will not change. Human life begins at the moment of conception, the intentional termination of human life is unjust and a grave sin, and the facilitation of such destruction is a grave sin.

I pray for America and for President Biden. I pray that God will lead us to follow His will, and that President Biden will listen to that inner voice and tells him an unborn child is as much a person as he is, and that facilitating the death of that child is gravely wrong and immoral.
